What does the Symposium registration fee include?

The Symposium registration fee includes Symposium sessions, interactive functions, Symposium materials, planned food functions, evening events and access to all of our vendor partners. PSIvet Members receive an extra day of content.

Can I bring my spouse or partner to the meeting?

A Practice Owner may bring his or her spouse to The 2021 PSIvet Business Symposium. For an additional fee (see above), spouses are welcome to attend social functions each evening. If the spouse or partner is also the Practice Manager and wants to attend the sessions, the full registration fee ($399) must be paid. The Symposium, any related educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks are strictly limited to PSIvet Member-Owners, Practice Managers and Vendors.

Can I bring my Practice Manager to the meeting?

PSIvet Member Practice Owners are encouraged to have their Practice Managers participate. A Practice Manager cannot obtain their own seat without the PSIvet Member Practice Owner. During the registration process, the PSIvet Member Practice Owner must register first, before the Practice Manager can register.

What is the dress code for The 2021 PSIvet Business Symposium?

Business attire is encouraged for all sessions, the Welcome Reception, and the Closing Reception. Men may wear dress pants with a jacket. For women, dress slacks and a top or a dress is preferred.

Is transportation to and from the Symposium being provided?

YES! Transportation to and from the Symposium will be provided. Closest airport: Denver International Airport, 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249 (33 miles away and a short 30-minute ride).

I am a Vendor/Sponsor. What is my registration fee?

Vendors will receive a predetermined number of complimentary registrations, as specified in the sponsorship agreement. Additional badges are available at the full conference rate of $399 before August 15 and $499 on or after August 15 until the event.


What COVID-19 precautions are in place to keep me safe at the conference?

For those of you who are traveling to Denver, our goal is to ensure we take every precaution so that our members feel safe, secure and comfortable during their stay in Denver. We are requesting that all attendees to the PSIvet Business Symposium take a rapid test for Covid-19, 24 – 48 hours prior to arrival in Denver.

Please email our Registration Coordinator, sandy@perteam.com with your results or bring a copy to show at the registration booth.

If for some reason you cannot arrange to have a Covid-19 rapid test prior to arriving, we will have a supply of rapid tests on hand but supplies are limited. If your schedule does not allot the time to take a test prior to arriving, please inform us so we can have a test reserved for you.

When is my credit card charged for the Symposium?

Credit cards will be charged immediately upon completion of your registration. The charge on your credit card statement will be listed as 2021 PSIvet Business Symposium.

What is the Symposium cancellation policy?

Cancellations can be made by emailing Sandy Isho (sandy@perteam.com). A full refund, less $50 admin fee, will be processed until August 26. On August 27, any cancellations will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee paid.


What is the room rate at The Omni Interlocken Hotel?

A special rate of $169 per night plus 10% tax is available to all Symposium attendees.

Should I contact the hotel directly to make my reservation?

You will be able to make hotel reservations via a link, after completion of your online conference registration. This link is unique to PSIvet and will allow you to receive the group rate.

I used my credit card to pay for the Symposium registration fee. Is the hotel room also going to be covered by this card?

No. A credit card will be used to hold your reservation. You will be asked to provide a credit card when you check in at the hotel. PSIvet cannot send the credit card information you provide for your conference registration to the hotel for your reservation. Please bring with you the credit card you will use to pay for the hotel room.

What is the “no show” policy for The Omni Interlocken Hotel?

If you book a hotel room from our online link or by calling the hotel and then make alternate arrangements without canceling your reservation, the credit card provided during registration will be charged for one night’s stay plus taxes. To cancel or make any adjustments to your reservation after you have registered, please use your confirmation number and the link provided to return to the hotel website to make any changes. To receive a full refund from the hotel, you must cancel 72 hours prior to your arrival date.

Is an Internet connection available in the guest rooms?

Complimentary internet will be available in the guest rooms.

I will be driving to the meeting. What is the hotel address?

Omni Interlocken, 500 Interlocken Blvd., Broomfield, CO 80021. Complimentary self-parking available.


The PSIvet Vendor Appreciation Golf Tournament & Challenge

What is the fee for golf?

Join us for our PSIvet vendor appreciation golf outing. This golf event is a celebration of our vendor partners and complimentary to all approved PSIvet vendors with full registration. For non-vendors and PSIvet members who wish to play golf, greens fees are $75 per person and you may purchase up to 4 golf tickets. A light breakfast will be available at the clubhouse beginning at 7:00 AM. The range opens at 7:30 AM and the shotgun start begins at 8:00 AM. As we will be playing at The Omni Interlocken Golf Club located on property, the hotel does have a shuttle that can take you to and from the course.

Can I rent golf clubs?

Callaway Maverick clubs are available to rent and will be at your discretion and expense. The cost is $75 per set and includes 6 golf balls and a Callaway novelty pouch. To rent clubs, contact the pro shop at (303) 464-9000 ext. 8. The cost is $75 per set. If you will arrive on Wednesday and plan to bring your own golf clubs, you may drop them off at the hotel’s bell stand for storage.

Unser Karting & Events

Are there any requirements to participate?

Unser Karting requires a government-issued photo ID for check-in and closed-toed/flat heel shoes for racing. All racing attendees must be aged 14+.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?

As Unser Karting is a food and beverage outlet, they do not allow outside food/drinks to be brought in. Consumption of alcohol prior to racing (including prior to arrival at Unser) is NOT allowed. Alcohol may not be brought onto the Unser property (even if it remains unopened) per Colorado State Law.
